OneCallFix Appliance Repair Ltd – Pricing Policy

At OneCallFix, our goal is to provide clear, honest, and upfront pricing—no surprises, no hidden fees. We believe in setting the right expectations from the very first call.

1. Diagnostic Fee

Our standard diagnostic fee is $99. This covers the complete on-site inspection, diagnosis, and most general repair work that can be completed within the same visit. The technician will explain the problem and provide a transparent repair estimate before proceeding, ensuring you understand all appliance repair estimates.

2. Labour-Intensive Jobs

Some appliance repairs require significant disassembly, reassembly, or multiple service visits. These include:

- Washer tub replacements  

- Dryer drum or tub jobs  

- Stacked laundry unit disassembly and reinstallation  

For such labour-intensive repairs, additional labour charges will apply. These will always be clearly communicated and approved by the customer before any work begins.

3. Sealed System Repairs (Refrigeration Jobs)

Sealed system work—such as compressor, evaporator, or refrigerant line repairs—requires specialized tools, parts, and procedures. Because the scope varies by refrigerator type and job complexity, these repairs are quoted individually after diagnosis. Customers will receive a detailed written quote before any sealed system repair is started.

4. Parts Pricing

All replacement parts are charged at fair market value with no unreasonable markups. We source genuine or high-quality OEM-equivalent parts to ensure reliability and performance. Part costs will always be shown separately on your invoice for transparency.

5. No Hidden or Hourly Charges

We do not charge by the hour or add unexpected fees. Our pricing is flat-rate and job-based, so you know exactly what you’re paying for before we begin, reinforcing our commitment to flat-rate pricing.
